Begins At: 6:00 PM
Ends At: 8:30 PM
Event Type: Canoeing
Join the Council for a guided twilight paddle on the Slough, one of the best times to see wildlife! Birds and deer will be bedding down for the night as owls, beavers, and racoons wake up for evening antics. Bring your own boat and lifejacket or borrow one of the Council's. Canoes will not be strapped together, so this trip is recommended for people with some paddling experience.
$5 suggested donation per person; suitable for adults and kids aged 8+. Bring a headlamp or flashlight. Glowsticks provided.
UPDATE 10/4: I have one rental canoe available - nab it before it's too late! There's still plenty of space if you're bringing your own boat.
