Join Columbia Slough Watershed Council, Anya Moucha from Urban Forestry, and Ryan Gilpin from Nidus Consulting for an evening Slough Science at Level Brewery. This month's topic is, Emerald Ash Borer! This small insect has killed millions of ash trees across the country and was first detected in Forest Grove in 2022 and Portland in 2025. While it hasn’t been detected yet in the Columbia Slough Watershed, it is time to start planning and acting. Ryan and Anya will share the latest information, give you ideas about what you can do to help, and listen to your ideas for navigating this upcoming challenge
Getting there: This event will be held in the “Annex” at Level Beer. Keep an eye out for Columbia Slough Watershed Council signs when you arrive. Parking is free in their lot.
