This paddle will be in partnership with the Youth Conservation Crew (YCC), a group through Portland Parks and Rec. The group of participants will be ages 14 - 18, and work throughout the summer to protect, restore and manage Portland's parks and natural areas while developing job skills and exploring environmental career paths.
